After working for over 30 years with individuals across all stages of the life span, I have come to believe that we are all wired for health in our relationships with self and others. In keeping with this premise, I employ a collaborative therapeutic style marked by warmth, empathy and respect. My integrative approach to psychotherapy draws heavily from attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, emotion focused therapy, somatic work and mindfulness. This cohesive approach combines the latest psychological knowledge and techniques with early wisdom traditions in order to support clients as they move towards a restoration of well -being in their minds, bodies and relationships.
