After working for over 30 years with individuals across all stages of the life span, I have come to believe that we are all wired for health in our relationships with self and others. In keeping with this premise, I employ a collaborative therapeutic style marked by warmth, empathy and respect. My integrative approach to psychotherapy draws heavily from attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, emotion focused therapy, somatic work and mindfulness.
