There is a large and growing body of research supporting the healing effects of mindfulness and yoga. We also know that there are deep emotional and physical benefits associated with attuned and healthy relationships.
Through the integration of psychotherapy, mindfulness and yoga, group participants are provided with a holistic approach to recognize and reduce symptoms anxiety and depression, heal trauma and build resilience in their minds, bodies and relationships.
Each session includes meditation, gentle yoga, journaling, art and therapeutic discussion, all designed to reduce anxiety, improve attention, build resilience and improve overall health.
